Frances Robinson brings more than two years of hands-on experience in the healthcare field, with a growing specialization in provider onboarding, credentialing, and healthcare administrative operations. Her professional experience has given her firsthand insight into the importance of getting providers properly onboarded, credentialed, enrolled, and positioned to serve their patients without unnecessary administrative delays.

With a genuine passion for service in the healthcare field, Frances recognized an opportunity to help healthcare providers and organizations navigate the administrative side of their practices more efficiently. Her approach is centered on service, communication, accountability, and building relationships that providers and organizations can rely on.

As CareOne's U.S. Principal, Frances serves as the company's primary U.S.-based business representative. She leads business development, client acquisition, consultations, client relationships, strategic partnerships, marketing, business administration, and quality oversight.

Frances' vision for CareOne is rooted in making quality healthcare administrative support more accessible while giving providers a dependable U.S.-based point of contact throughout their relationship with the company.

Usman Abrar brings specialized experience in provider credentialing, payer enrollment, healthcare administrative operations, and credentialing workflow management. His operational background forms an important part of CareOne's ability to manage the production side of provider onboarding and ongoing administrative support.

As Operations Principal, Usman oversees the company's operational functions and international operations. His responsibilities encompass provider licensing and renewals, credentialing and recredentialing, CVO operations, provider and payer enrollment, CAQH-related operations, medical billing and Revenue Cycle Management, claims follow-up, denial management, Accounts Receivable, healthcare technology support, workflow development, quality control, team development, production management, and client reporting.

Usman also oversees the operational teams responsible for delivering CareOne's services, with an emphasis on efficient workflows, quality control, turnaround-time management, and adherence to client requirements.

His operational leadership complements Frances' U.S.-based client and business-development role, creating a structure designed to provide clients with a dedicated U.S. point of contact supported by an experienced production operation.
