How It Works
How onboarding actually works
A plain-language walkthrough of what happens after you sign on with us — including why there's a short pause before we ever touch your provider data.
- Step 01
Introduction & Proposal
We learn about your credentialing, licensing, or billing needs and put together a written proposal — services and pricing spelled out, nothing verbal or vague.
- Step 02
Agreement & Deposit
Once you're ready to move forward, we sign a standard services agreement together and a deposit secures your onboarding slot.
- Step 03
Preparation Period (One Week)
For one week after signing, we don't request any provider credentials, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive information from you yet.
This is deliberate. We use this week to confirm every data-security and confidentiality safeguard is actually in place before anything sensitive changes hands — not after. We know credentialing delays can affect your ability to see patients or get paid, so we keep this window as short as possible while still doing it right. - Step 04
Service Commencement
One week after signing, we notify you in writing that we're ready. From there, provider information is submitted, and credentialing or billing work begins in earnest.
- Step 05
Ongoing Partnership
Once onboarding is complete, maintenance, recredentialing, and billing support continue on the schedule we agreed to — with one point of contact throughout.
